煤矿井下定向扩孔用PDC钻头的改型与应用

Retrofit Design and Application of PDC Ream Bit for Directional Borehole in Underground Coal Mine Well

摘要: 为了解决煤矿井下高位定向钻孔二次扩孔施工过程中出现的PDC扩孔钻头寿命低的问题,分析了常规PDC扩孔钻头结构特点,研究了PDC扩孔钻头的切削机理,并从导向器、刀翼、反向切削齿、钻头等方面对PDC扩孔钻头进行了设计改型。现场试验表明,改型后的PDC扩孔钻头单只寿命达800m以上,能够很好地应用于高位定向钻孔扩孔。

Abstract: Abstract:In order to solve the problem of the short life of the Ream bit while secondary reaming in underground coal mine well ,this paper analyzes the cutting principle of PDC reaming bits, PDC reaming drill for the retrofit design, the field tests show that the modified Ream Bit has a single life of 800 meters above, which can be used in Directional high level borehole.
